I feel like us as horse owners should take more into account of what our horses ingest. Especially in horse treats. A lot of big named feed companies who make horse treats often put in ingredients that could be eventually harmful. A small business called Prickly Pear Treatery has solved that problem with all organic treats and horse and leather care products.

I first ran across this company in December 2019/January 2020 through my barn mate Sarah ( IG @boandsarah) and got hooked basically because of the company name and that I'm obsessed with all things cacti. In January of 2020 she asked me to become an ambassador and that was on of the best decsicions Ive made this year.

Lets start with her sugar cubes. It was on of the 1st things Ive ordered from this business. They retail for $5.00 and you get about 20-25 of them. My horse Ben loves them and they are great for horses who can handle the sugar and molasses content. I would not recommend this treat for horses who are insulin resistant, are hot headed, or have esophagus or large intestine ulcers, and or horses that have recently foundered. She has alternatives like Digestion Treats, treats with low carb and lower molasses content for horses who have those issues (yes, they are all organic as well). She has made treats for mane, tail and hoof growth, to hydration treats which contains electrolytes and simple all natural treats for training purposes.

The next item this business makes is a grooming spray called Spray N' Shine. its an all natural grooming spray designed to add a glitter less shine out of all natural ingredients. This spray protects and repells dirt and adds a lovely scent. There are tons of scent choices to choose from.

Another product of her's I love is the Spray N' Clean. Its an all natural leather cleaning spray. I love it because it doesn't darken your leather and it leaves it supple and soft. There are tons of scent options to choose from! And it comes with its own tack sponge as well!

Products she also sells but I haven't tried are her air freshies.
